Jouez les Enfants provides free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Shipping charges

We are shipping from the Netherlands, so customs duties and other import related taxes and fees may be imposed when ordering from outside the European Union. Unfortunately we do not have any way of estimating what these costs are.

Please be aware that the recipient will be responsible for these costs.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we'll be happy to take the goods back as long as they are in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed and still have the labels attached) within 14 days of receiving your order. Please notify us by email hello@jouezlesenfants.com

National and international orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service and please label the package as returned goods.
